Jay's Catering opened Ellie's Table the same year they hired me. It was the catering company's first cafe and a huge opportunity for me to tell Ellie's story (wife of Jay) and connect it back to her famous dishes through from-scratch website copy, menu micro-copy, social media management and blogging.

What I'm most proud of: Telling Ellie's story and writing about her food. Also, hanging out on North Beach sampling food and drink whilst writing? Not a bad gig.
